I’m Rory

I’m a mindfulness coach, author, and award-winning product design manager. I’ve spent the last three decades designing creative solutions to solve complex problems for projects, groups and individuals. 

I’m passionate about the fields of health, wellness and personal transformation, and I’m on a mission to help those who are out of balance, learn to reclaim wholeness.

Most recently, I released Transform Yourself Through Disease, which is a guide to help those who are stuck, realize their self-impairing beliefs and discover ways of transforming them, so they can reclaim their health and create the life of their dreams.

I am constantly striving to learn, grow and to give back to society. We’re all in this together!

ONLINE CLASSES

A simple truth, is that our minds play an active role in “creating”our experiences. This doesn’t tend to accord to our normal way of understanding the world! It often feels like things are happening “to us”, and we’re just passengers along for the ride. As a result, we tend to spend a lot of energy trying to make things “out there”, the way we want them to be. It can feel like if we can just get everything “just so”, then things will finally be perfect. When in reality, there is a space between how things are going “out there” and how things are going “in here”. That space is our mind, or awareness.

Throughout my life, I’ve explored many techniques to return myself to a state of calm when feeling overwhelmed. There are four that I’ve had the most success with, and now use consistently. They can be used separately, or in combination to create more profound and long-lasting effects.
