A typical session runs about 2 hours. However, it can extend beyond that, depending on your individual needs and the level of preparation or integration you may require before and after our main work. This flexibility ensures you receive the deepest support and benefit possible.

When you’re in the comfort of your own space, it’s often easier to relax, fully receive the healing energy, and integrate the experience at a deeper level.
Practically speaking, we’ll meet over Zoom, and I’ll record each session so you can revisit any insights or energetic transmissions that arise. This allows you to continue reflecting on your experience and supporting your growth long after the session ends.

This practice is designed to be ongoing until a certain point when the energy begins to sustain itself, creating its own momentum and pathway for deeper transformation. In the sessions leading up to that moment, we focus on creating space, releasing what no longer serves you, and building trust in your body’s natural intelligence to guide your ascension.
I typically suggest starting with four to six sessions, spaced about two weeks apart. This structured approach helps strengthen your energetic foundation, enabling your body to receive and release in harmony and maintain a healthier physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.
While single sessions are available, this work truly shines when experienced as a journey. This ongoing practice supports continuous growth, realization, and healing, making it a powerful modality for long-term transformation.

I’ve devoted years to studying a wide range of somatic and energy-based healing modalities — including Kundalini Bodywork, Somogetics, Somatic Alignment, Vortex Healing, Reconnective Healing, Reiki, and therapeutic bodywork — along with certifications in mindset and meditation coaching.
These disciplines form the foundation of my approach: a grounded, intuitive, and trauma-informed practice that honors your body’s innate wisdom. I support you in releasing what no longer serves, restoring energetic balance, and reconnecting with the deeper truth of who you are.
